Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) | Measure how many people visit our public pages, which pages they use, and whether they go on to request a quote. Loaded directly through Google Analytics 4. | Analytics |
We load Google Analytics 4 directly on our public website — our home page, quote and status certificate pages, calculators, and information pages. Google Analytics uses analytics cookies to tell us, in aggregate, how people find RemoteClosing and where they get stuck. It collects your device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, the pages you view, and how you arrived at our site.
We also use Vercel Web Analytics on these public pages as a separate, cookie-free and anonymized aggregate measurement service. It receives the page path, referring page, approximate location, browser and device information, and timestamp categories. It does not receive the query string or fragment from the page URL, and it is not used for custom events or individual profiling.
We do not run analytics inside your client portal. Once you sign in, the dashboard, intake, document upload, signing and activation pages carry no analytics or advertising tags at all. Information you provide about your transaction is never sent to Google.
You can opt out of Google Analytics on every website you visit by installing Google's Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser settings. Opting out does not affect your ability to use RemoteClosing.
You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features of the platform may not function correctly if you do so.
Solicitor-client privilege is a fundamental legal right that protects confidential communications between a lawyer and their client. Information you share with Garrison Law in the context of obtaining legal advice cannot be disclosed without your consent, even in court proceedings, subject only to very narrow exceptions recognized by law.
This privilege belongs to you as the client and can only be waived by you. It survives the end of the lawyer-client relationship and continues indefinitely.
Our technology platform is designed to support and protect this privilege. Communications through the dashboard are treated as privileged communications with your lawyer and are not accessed by unauthorized parties.
Our platform integrates with third-party services to deliver a complete experience. These services have their own privacy policies that we encourage you to review:
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites linked from our platform.
Our services are intended for adults entering into real property transactions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will notify active clients of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised. Continued use of our platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
